Cancellation Policy
If a client has purchased a package, there will be no refunds on unused classes past expiration date. Most packages expire after three months. There will be no refunds if a student or parent cancels within 24 hours. You are considered late and a no show if you arrive more than 15 after the start of training. Your training spot will be given to the next person on the waitlist. There will be no refunds if a student cannot attend class because they are past their 15 minute window. All private clients must cancel a lesson no less than 24 hours in advance or there will be a $30 cancellation fee. By signing this document, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during my participation in this activity, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against Akasha Aerial Arts and Akasha LLC on the basis of any claim from which I have released them herein. I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it, and I agree to be bound by its terms.
