Fully covered, bring a sweat shirt just in case. Shorts are not preffered. Socks must be removable. Pole - Booty shorts and sports bra. Bring socks and knee pads. No zippers, no buttons, no metals, no glitter allowed on apparatus. Bring Yoga mats, blocks and straps for stretching. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of class to fill out release forms.
